Same with Gilles Sunu and Carlos Vela. Trouble with players like Vela and Di Maria is that they can't get work permits so they have to go on loan somewhere like Benfica. There was a similar situation with Angel Di Maria, now at benfica. I had to search online to find out that we hadn`t signed him and that apparently he will end up at Chelsea. Although I don`t expect Arsenal to tell us when they fail to sign a player, having tried Arsenal.com on numerous occasions for news on bartley, I assumed that we had missed out on him too.
